Jyoti Public School App is developed by Current Diary. This SERVICE is provided by Current Diary and maintained by Current Diary time to time.

Introduction

App Info and Performance Data such as crash logs, diagnostics, and other app performance data, which is collected to improve app functionality and analytics. In-App Messages which are collected to improve app functionality. Files and Docs which are collected on an optional basis to improve app functionality. Photos and Videos which are collected on an optional basis to improve app functionality. App Activity such as app interactions, in-app search history, and other user-generated content, which is collected to improve app functionality, analytics, advertising or marketing, and personalization. Contacts which are collected on an optional basis to improve app functionality. Device or Other IDs which are collected to improve analytics and fraud prevention, security, and compliance.

We collect this information: Directly from you when you provide it to us using Login. Automatically as you navigate through the app. 4. User Responsibilities: 3.1 Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including passwords and login credentials. 3.2 Data Accuracy: Users are encouraged to ensure the accuracy of the information provided and promptly update any changes.

CURRENT DIARY does not allow users to create an account from within App. Account can be created by Current Diary only. Privacy

The services provided by CURRENT DIARY are bounded by the Mobile Number which is further verified using OTP(One Time Password) to access account. In purview of these regulations it is a mandatory for the User to submit either a hard / scan copy of Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation in form of a address and an Identity Proof within 7 days of service activation. In case of non-submission of KYC documentation your services are liable to be deactivated. In consideration of your use of the Site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of India or other applicable jurisdiction and will only use the Site to utilize the services/products offered by CURRENT DIARY for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act (and will inform such other persons about the Terms and/or Privacy Policy) that apply to utliziation of the services offered by CURRENT DIARY you have made on their behalf (including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto). You also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), or CURRENT DIARY has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, CURRENT DIARY has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof). You agree to submit to the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Courts located at Lucknow for all disputes, purposes in connection with any action or proceeding that arises from, or relates to, these Terms or and you hereby irrevocably waive any objection to such exclusive jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, CURRENT DIARY may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its proprietary and other rights, as may be available under the applicable law.

Changes to these Terms. We may revise these Terms from time to time and the most current version will always be posted on the Site. If a revision, in our sole discretion, is material we will notify you. By continuing to access the Site after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and CURRENT DIARY’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Termination of Services: We reserve the right to terminate access to the School ERP system for users who violate these terms and conditions.
